Detailed Product Description
The machine equipped with high capacity Infrared crystalization dryer, professional vented extruder and T-Die, vertical or inclined three roller stack with high precision transmission system. The transmission system is with three high-sensitivity coupled independent driving system what is from SEW or LENZ servo system. The roller gap adjusting is with full hydraulic system to guarantee the thickness precision.
It can process PET, PS, PP, PE, ABS material. The output can be more than 1 ton. The machine speed is 70m/min.
